Meet the Founder and Executive Director of Kids of Africa Under Motherless Action Foundation Uganda (KAUMA Foundation Uganda).

Mr. Yeeko Mugerwa is a qualified Health Educator and Information Technology and Communication professional with a diploma. He also holds a Certificate in Discipleship Course. Yeeko is married to his lovely wife Nabirye Doreen. He is a loving father to his three biological children and a father figure to many orphans, deaf children and vulnerable children under the ministry of KAUMA Foundation.

Yeeko is a Born Again Christian - kind, humble, trustworthy, God-loving, God-fearing and hardworking, with a heart of compassion for orphans, deaf children, vulnerable children, and people in need. Compassion often comes from the ability to empathise with others; shared experiences help us feel the pain of others. Yeeko has known poverty. He grew up in a very poor family and from childhood saw firsthand a father struggling to give his children education, food, clothing, shelter, medical care and other basic needs. Yeeko's godly call and heart of compassion lead him to do all he can to help alleviate the suffering of orphans, vulnerable children and their families caused by poverty, the HIV/AIDS epidemic and other diseases.
